Everything You Need to Know
Clearview SoftWash FAQs
From SoftWash safety to service timelines, we’re here to clear up the confusion and help you make confident property decisions.
What is the difference between SoftWash and pressure washing?
SoftWash uses a low-pressure system (30–50 PSI) to apply biodegradable detergents that kill mold, algae, and mildew at the root. Pressure washing uses brute force to remove surface buildup, which can damage siding, shingles, and paint. SoftWash is safer for your property and lasts 4–6 times longer.
Is SoftWash safe for pets, plants, and landscaping?
Yes. After every SoftWash service, our technicians apply plant- and pet-safe neutralizers to protect your lawn, shrubs, and flowers. We take care to rinse landscaping thoroughly to prevent chemical absorption. Our methods are tested and trusted across hundreds of residential properties in Northeast Ohio.
What areas do you serve in Northeast Ohio?
We serve Lake, Geauga, and Portage counties, along with parts of Summit County. Key service areas include Mentor, Chardon, Willoughby Hills, Solon, Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, and nearby communities. Not sure if we come to your location? Just reach out—we’re happy to confirm.
Are your technicians trained and insured?
Absolutely. All Clearview SoftWash technicians are certified, background-checked annually, and carry photo ID badges with QR codes for verification. We’re covered under Ohio’s BWC program and maintain $2 million in liability and umbrella insurance. Your safety and peace of mind come first.
How long do SoftWash results last?
SoftWash treatments are designed to last 4–6 times longer than traditional pressure washing. Roofs cleaned with our system are backed by a 5-year warranty against algae regrowth. Because SoftWash kills the microbial roots, not just the surface stains, you enjoy a cleaner property for longer.
